Enjoy USHA’s personalized delivery service, where our couriers ensure careful and timely delivery of your order. We use air-conditioned vehicles and cooler bags to guarantee your items arrive fresh and in perfect condition.

You can arrange the delivery time and address with the manager when placing your order. Please note that delivery is charged separately, with costs varying based on the delivery area.

Before your order is sent, the manager will provide a photo of the cake for your confirmation

You can pick up your cake from any convenient USHA café location. Simply coordinate the pickup time and location with the manager when placing your order. Upon arrival, please inform the café manager of the name under which the order was placed to receive your cake.

Upon receiving your cake, please ensure it matches your order. If there are any issues, take a photo or video and contact the manager. We’ll work to resolve the matter without delay.

To prevent any damage, please observe the recommended temperature for cake storage and handle it carefully during transportation. When refrigerated, the cake will remain fresh for 72 hours.
